# Helpful & Enfold

 * I’m trying to get the Helpful plug-in working with the Enfold theme. I can get
   it to display on the page, but am unable to change the design at all.

 * Helpful unfortunately only works if the theme also works properly with content.
   If in the content can not be determined the ID of the content, Helpful does not
   work.
 * For this it is also important that no caching or AMP is enabled. Enfold certainly
   has its own caching integrated.
 * If necessary, you can still find an alternative to Helpful that works better.
