# [help]file permission problem!!!

 * i am using
    win 2003, php PHP 5.0.2, mysql 4.17,  Apache 2.052.
 * i can install the whole wpmu in my dir.
    after installation, i can access all
   the pages in admin section. but i donno why i can’t view my own blog??? when 
   i clicked to view, a warning page displayed. The message is ……that “Warning! 
   File Permission Problem! Please fix the permissions on these directories and 
   files:……………..”
 * i tried to use both the commands chmod and chown to change the dir permission.
   but it is no use. it seems not to be work in my window platform.
 * could anyone tell me how to solve it??
