    **XML Parsing Error: xml declaration not at start
   of external entity Location: [http://kosmin.net/?feed=rss2](http://kosmin.net/?feed=rss2)
   Line Number 2, Column 1:<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?> ^
 * What is the file responsable with this error and what can i do for repair this?

 * there’s white space at the top of either your wp-config.php or one of your plugin
   files.
 * the very top of every PHP file should be
 *     ```
       <?php
       ```
   
 * There should not be line breaks or space above that.

 * In fixed all the blank spaces.
    I disabled all plugins. The RSS is still broken
   with the same error.
