Help with "You must be logged in to create new topics"

I would like to in this sentence was a link to the login panel. How to do it? For example, click on the word “logged in” and jumps login panel worpress (already unreplaced logo WordPress is so good), or next to the whole sentence to give some other link to the login panel, a button?
