# help with WP_DEBUG

 * I am having problems with my website loading on mobile. On my mobile the site
   is jumping and flashing on and off. I used wp_debug and it found these problems
   but not sure if they are related.
 * Notice: The called constructor method for WP_Widget is deprecated since version
   4.3.0! Use
    __construct() instead. in /home/myblog151/public_html/wp-includes/
   functions.php on line 3457
