 * I need help to reset my web site. The log in portal log in is not working. I 
   am new to web stuff. I am a neurodivergent person. I just need simple layman 
   instructions on how to relaunch my site.

 * Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t
   find the log, please contact your host.
 * Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/

 * You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of 
   the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one

 * I can’t access the login account. I get the following error message:
 * There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin
   email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the
   support forums.

 * Again, I am a disabled person (anxiety). I don’t understand all of this terminology.
   I would like someone to help unlock this block. The more I try something that

   to resolve the error. They’ll help you analyze the error log. You don’t need 
   any technical knowledge – just talk to your hosting provider’s support team, 
   and they’ll assist you.
 * If your hosting provider isn’t helpful in this matter, you’ll need to find someone
   who can assist you if you’re unable to resolve the issue using the alternatives
