# Help with subscribe widget code

 * Am trying to figure out the code for adding a “subscribe” widget. So far it is
   VERY confusing and am hoping there may be another way to accomplish the same 
   thing but without all the code.

 * I’m not sure what version of wordpress I’m using so maybe someone can help me
   find that as well.
 * Last, but not least, how does my site look and what changes would someone suggest??
   All constructive suggestions and ideas are welcome.

 * What subscribe widget are you talking about? Subscribe to RSS, newsletter? Have
   you looked at using a plugin?

 * You’re running the latest version. I can see this in your source code and it’s
   also right on your dashboard under Right now.

 * I can see hat you are using the twenty ten theme. If you decide to make any changes,
   you should know that it’s best to make a [child theme](http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes)
   otherwise, your changes will be lost when you upgrade.
