 * First of all,I’m a complete noob in wordpress.
    I installed it localy,now I came
   across an idea with few friends to start a news website.Of course I don’t want
   to pay for it 😀 ,so I want to learn.I need some advice,or tutorials how to make
   such site.I don’t won’t it to look like a blog.
 * Maybe I’m asking too much.

 * I would start by looking for sites that are similar to what you want so that 
   you get some ideas about what is available.
 * Once you have a layout and functions that you like, start searching for a magazine
   style or newspaper style theme, and plugins that meet your requirements.

 * It will take a while but you can just learn as you go. This website is full of
   information about everything you need to know about WordPress so have a good 
   look around.
