    I installed the plug in and when I first visited the page it worked, now it no longer shows.

    Here is the site:

    Here are my settings:

    Visit via a search engine
    Visit via not an internal link
    Visitor is logged in
    Visitor is not logged in

    I do have questions about the conditions etc…

    1. If someone visits and clicks on the pop up will it show again the next time they visit?

    2. Do I need to use the specific referrer conditions for Facebook visitors?

    3. If I don’t add a condition relating to specific urls to include or not include will the pop up show on every page?

    4. I’m wanting no matter what page someone enters the site on to have the pop up show, not just the homepage. Is this possible?

    Also, a cache plug-in is used so I changed the settings to comply so that shouldn’t be an issue.

    Greetings and thanks for your question, sorry to hear of the issues your having here.

    As it stands this wouldn’t currently work, as your visitor is not logged in and visitor is not logged in.

    1: Yes it should show again, unless you set it for a specific amount of times not to show.

    2: You’d need to use the specific referrer conditions for Facebook visitors, if you only want to show it to people who have visited via Facebook and Search engines.

    3: Yes, that’s correct, it’d show on every page if no specific urls are set 🙂

    4: Sure, just don’t set any specific pages and it should show on all pages.

    Which caching plugin are you using?
