I see that Responsive has changed hands; but I can’t register on Cybermonkeys to login. I really need help with their menus. Responsive says that it supports 4 but it really just seems like one menu get posted to all 4 locations.

  • I just tried this out on a test site – seems to work fine:

    1. Appearance > Menus
    2. Create a new menu – in the box on the right side of the screen, give the menu a name and click save

    3. Then go to “Theme Locations” box and select which of the four possible locations (top, header menu, sub-header menu, footer menu) for that menu to appear; click save

    4. Then go further down and select which items you want to appear in that menu; click save.

This was most helpful. Now if I could find what fonts responsive supports, I will regain all my lost time from yesterday. I changed the font to comicsans (don’t lecture me on this choice please) and now I can’t get it back.

I’d need to see a link to your site to see where you changed it.

I can’t register on Cybermonkeys to login

    Can I ask why?

    Hi,

    Have you tried this link:

    Thanks,
    Emil

    WP: 3.5.1
    Responsive Theme: 1.8.9.3

@ esmi & emil: I have tried emil’s suggested link and cannot register for a login with CyberChimps. I get this error msg: http://tonigroshek.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/cyberchimps-error-msg.png

I’m attempting to start a thread on the CyberChimps support forums in order to find a fix between the RESPONSIVE THEME and the CONTACT FORM 7 (issue with continuous spinning arrow).

    Thanks for your valuable time!

For what it’s worth, I had the same experience of not being able to register. Still haven’t gotten it to work.

I just registered and posted successfully in their forums…try clearing any browser caches/cookies and/or try another browser.

EDIT – just to be sure, any registration or login from these forums or your site is different – won’t work there.
