Help with Tesseract 2 theme

Hi everyone,

I am a little stuck on this problem and was hoping you guys could help.

I am using tessaract 2 theme and am trying to set up my articles page which is essentially a blog.

When i post stuff i want it to have a similar format to this :http://www.theladbible.com/articles/a-paul-walker-memorial-was-shut-down-after-1-700-cars-turned-up

but instead mine looks like this:
http://theclubgolfer.net/what-you-are-really-paying-for-when-you-get-a-golf-lesson/

The main differences that i need help with are
1. the border
2. the responsive sidebar
3.social media buttons

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated
