 * I’m trying to improve my page loading speed, and I need help fixing some issues
   please.
 * I realise that you only offer support on the pro version of your caching plugin
   and I am willing to upgrade if I can get the help I need.
 * I just want to know first if you’ll be able to help or not!
 * I don’t just want someone to do it for me. I want to learn this for myself (with
   guidance).
