# Help with migration

 * Hi, I was wondering if someone would be able to help me.
 * I recently set up my own domain and moved all of my files from wordpress.com 
   to wordpress.org (by copying over the xml file as per instructions). I did have
   to split the file as it was too big.
 * My blog is up and running and most of my posts etc are fine, but there are about
   10 posts where the information is not displaying correctly on my blog. When I
   am in my dashboard the posts, comments etc. are all there but when I check the
   post on the blog itself it only seems to display the main image and nothing else.
   I thought it may be the theme I am running at first, but I have tried using other
   themes and get the same result.
 * I have tried editing the posts but this has been to no avail. I really do not
   want to lose this data. Here is an example of one of the posts that is not working:

 * Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am not the most technical person so 
   I apologise in advance. 🙂

 * I’d perhaps try creating a new post by copying and pasting the content of the
   old post to see if its something embedded in that content.

 * I will try that – at least then I will know though it stings to lose any content.
