# Help with install.php

 * I have a blog called,[ myhandyinfos.com](http://myhandyinfos.com) and it’s up
   running and working fine. But there is one little issue. Once in a while when
   I try to load my website on a web browser the install.php loads up and asking
   me to install wordpress, as if wordpress is not installed.
 * And after few hours it works fine again. I’ve been having this issue for the 
   past few days. Can anyone help me please?

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems.
 * – asking your web hosts whether they have been experiencing problems with their
   databsse server?
