# Lost password

 * Hi,
 * I’m being handed yet another project that was abandoned halfway by someone else.
   The main issue lies with the client being Taiwanese and not familiar with the
   information I was requesting.
 * Basically, a backup of the current copy of the website is to be made, while I
   clone an existing version of one of their international sites and migrate it 
   over to the Taiwanese site. The problem is that the webhost doesn’t appear to
   have a cPanel tool for me to create a new database, and the client has lost their
   wordpress password as well. Attempts to reset the WordPress password were unsuccessful
   since they never received the password reset email. The webhost does however,
   allow me to do FTP transfers.
 * Anyone with any suggestions how I should proceed from here? Much appreciated!
