Ok, I am not computer saavy at all, but I have been trying to migrate to wordpress.org from wordpress.com without success. I have a bluehost acount, but i cannot install wordpress. I downloaded it numerous times, but when I open it, there are just a bunch of different folders and pages. I cannot figure out how to install it?? Please help!! Contact your web hosting provider to migrate. It’s not a good idea if you don’t know what you are doing.
