help with inserting [qt: ] code

I am using the following plugin:

which lest you enter the following when you are writing a post to embed quicktime files:

[qt: http://www.link.net/t_gta4_trailer1_hd.mov 640 360]

When the page is loaded it shows the video right in the page. HOWEVER, I want this to be as easy as possible for my users. Is there an easy way to link into the “ADD VIDEO” tab that is default with wordpress – and when WordPress inserts the video into the post it adds the correct [qt: ] markup?
