help with info for a plugin to create excell or word

Im looking for a plugin that will allow guest to create an excell type spread sheet.

A bit like a wiki using my template file so they can edit it the way they want it

I would like to have a template that they can then alter to there own desire and print or save.

Any help would be great its for a cleaning website. http://www.thedeepcleaners.com.

Basically i would like to offer free cleaning schedules that they can edit for there own offices etc.
