Help with Headway Themes

    Hi All,

    I really need to get WP eCommerce working on this site: http://2015.shammyshine.com/products-page/

    My client uses Transaction Central and I see that you have a gateway plugin for them. Woo Commerce does not.

    If you click on the link you’ll see when I’m using [productspage] wp-commerce is pulling in my entire template. I just need it to pull in the actual products.

    Does anyone know why it’s doing this? Also, I’m happy to buy a license for it to get support but I really need to know if it will work first before buying a license and the gateway plugin.

    Any help here would be appreciated. I couldn’t find anyway to contact WP eCommerce on their site for some Pre-Sales advice.

    Does anyone have any thoughts on this at all? Can someone at least point me to someone I can speak to or email prior to purchasing a license and the Transaction Central Payment Gateway?

    Hi Andrew, I’m not sure if you’re looking for additional info but here it is based on the thread you pointed to:

    Store URL: http://2015.shammyshine.com/products-page/
    WordPress version: 4.3.1
    WP eCommerce version: 3.11.0
    Gold Cart version: NA
    Theme:(optional): Headway Themes
    I did this:(steps to observe the issue): I’ve contacted Headway Themes and they are not sure about the issue. I’ve disabled all other plugins, problem persists.
    I expected this: The cart appears to work fine. The Products page is just bringing in the Theme Template with it so I’m getting the Theme showing twice.

    I would just like to check with someone before committing to the shopping that this is a simple fix. Then I will purchase the license for the cart as well as the Payment Gateway.

    If I’m missing anything else, please let me know.

    If you go to their website, there’s a “Leave a message” section at the bottom right.

    Thanks Andrew. I did find that Leave A Message section and I filled it in.

    I thought you wanted more information. I see that the creator of WP eCommerce has posted answers here and I was hoping to catch them.
