  • I would like to reduce the default size of the individual Blog or Post header and reduce the line spacing between Header and Date/Author and would appreciate HELP.

    Support .> Increase Font size in Header – refers to page header and is no help other then to point out the inadequacy of answer for me
    “add a font size to #header h1 on line 126 of your themes style.css file.”
    without an example of what exactly constitutes “a font size” as stated.

  • To change the font size, try adding this to your CSS file:

    .posttitle{font-size: 1.5em}

    Play around with the number until you get what you like.

    To reduce the space between the title and the date/author, find the section below in your CSS file:

    .postmetadata {
    	clear:both;
    	margin:1em 0;
    	font-size:1.1em;
    	color:#888;
    	text-align:justify;
    }

    Change margin: 1em 0; to margin: 0.5em 0; or so. Change that number until you like what you see. Hope that helps.

    RESOLVED,
    @alexmansfield, perhaps one day it’ll be “poetry” for me too. THANKS for your detailed help.
