Yea have there for the last week but found nothing like that.
It’s very unlikely that you will find a theme that is exactly what you want right out of the box. The site you linked to is not WP — though WP can be customized to do almost anything, including what you see on that site. Basically, look for a theme that has the basic layout and look that you want and then customize it. That’s generally how WP works, though some people do very little customization with their themes. It’s really up to how much time and effort you want to put into it, and the HTML/CSS and PHP skills you have or are able to learn.
But since this is your first WP site — perhaps just pick a theme and start playing around with it and learning how WP works. Then you’ll actually have a better idea of what’s possible.

I have been playing with the popular themes and they don’t real meet my needs. So thats where I am having trouble finding a theme like that. Ant suggestions?

Do you have knowledge of PHP, HTML and CSS?
Yep I have picked up a bit and could just code most of it over 3 a couple of months but was hoping wordpress would make this easier with plugins and themes etc.

Yes, it will likely be easier than coding a site entirely from scratch. So just pick a theme, create a Child Theme and jump in!
