Registration form plugin

    Hi all, I don’t know if this is the right place to post this.
    If it is, good. If it’s not, please point me in the right direction and I apologize.

    I am in need of a plugin that does the following:
    Applicant registers as a user.
    User needs to fill in form.
    Form can be several pages long, with the ability to add fields as needed (i.e. previous addresses, employers, etc.).
    Applicant can choose recipients to submit the form to.
    Applicant control panel indicates status of each submission (sent, received, reviewed, etc.)

    On the other end:
    Company registers as a user.
    Fill in opening description.
    Control panel shows applicants and allows review/print/download of forms.
    Also allows to select application status.

    Is there a plugin that does the above, or do I need to find a freelancer?
