# Help with Email Subscriptions

 * I just transfered from .com to .org a week ago. Everyday, I post a picutre and
   a description. All is working fine except that all of my email subscribers are
   receiving the full picture and the full description. Now there is no need for
   them to visit the site! The emails were transfered over along with the blog subscription
   from via Jetpack by a Happiness Engineer.
 * Does anyone have any advice on what to do? I have a lot of followers and don’t
   want to loose them, but, at the same time, I would like to only have a thumbnail
   of the image and a short summary of the post get emailed out… just enough to 
   spark interest and have them come to the site.
 * Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

 * Check that you are only sending out a summary RSS feed in Settings -> Reading(
   lower part of the page).

    I checked that and I have
   summary checked under Reading Settings. Is there anything else that I can check?

 * I have to go to Site Stats and then scroll down and click on a link to the email
   followers.

 * This is a known issue with the Jetpack email subscriptions right now. It is on
   our development list to get fixed, so please stay tuned for a fix. Thanks!

 * Thanks for the update! Do you think it might be fixed in the coming weeks or 
   should i switch to Subscription2? If you think it would be best to switch, is
   there a plugin that you recommend? Would i have to copy and paste all of my subscribers
   over? Thanks a ton for your help with this.

 * Hi, is this still an issue? I’ve a client on my multisite network, whose RSS 
   feed settings are all set to Summary and still her subscribers are receiving 
   full posts via the jetpack subscription feature … it’s causing her concern, and
   me, for that matter… can anyone weigh in and let us know?

 * Yes, this is still an open issue. We are working on resolving it, though I don’t
   yet have an ETA for the release.
