It showing them the original title we copied the product from, even though the order is correct in the back end of the site. Only the new order email is incorrect. * For instance lets say they order a “red widget” their new order email is showing that they ordered a “blue widget (copy)” * Please help! All the information on the live website and the backend of the store is correct. We see the items the order correctly and they also export/ import into quickbooks correctly. The only place there is an incorrect issue is the customer Order confirmation email to our knowledge. They know about this issue and cannot figure out a fix. their recommendation is not to use duplicate products in your store. of course the easy fix for now is to turn off the mailchimp order notification…. * hope this helps anyone who experiences this issue in the future.
