help with custom post types and poll

On the Postie there was something that basically said contact me if you are interested in hiring me to do custom work.
One is using short code to add a Poll Daddy poll. Like you can with the Jetpack post by email plugin.
Basic directions for inserting a Poll through the jet pack program are below.
You must first have created or imported a Polldaddy account into WordPress.com before using this shortcode. Once setup you can insert a poll in an email as follows:

What is the worst movie of the decade?
* The Love Guru
* Fool’s Gold
[/poll]
The other is helping us post by email to a custom post type that has several image fields and several text fields.
I have no idea how long these would take to develop, but they would be extremely useful to us, and we would like to discuss how much this would cost if the developer is interested.
