Help with checkout pages

Hi!

I am trying to fine tune my site and have been using the demo storefront as a model to ensure it is working correctly.

I am really not sure that my woocommerce pages are set up correctly..
When I click the add to cart button on the product page, it takes me straight to the checkout page with no options to go back and shopping some more.

Could someone please check this for me and let me know what I need to do to set this up correctly..
