Help with blog! Please help!

I have a few questions for my blog: http://listengirlfriends.com

I need help with my blog, specifically with three things.
1) How do I display the full post on category pages? Example: http://listengirlfriends.wordpress.com/category/gender/

2) How do I take out the text ‘Category Archives’ out of the top of category pages?

3) If you scroll down on the right, you will see a widget called ‘Recent Comments’. How do I show part of the comment instead of just linking to the comment?
