HELP with blog permalink issue (I think)

I’m not terribly literate in this stuff so bear with me…

Background-
I had a page on our website labeled /blog. It was the corporate blog, and populated all posts marked under the category of “blog.”

What I did that messed it all up-
1. I attempted to renamed that page by going to Pages > Blog, and changing the permalink to /inktelblog.
2. I then renamed another page /blog.

That was trial and error, so I went back and renamed them back. That messed it all up. Now /blog doesn’t work at all- it’s a nonexistent page and takes me back to homepage.

When I try to go back to Pages > Blog, the permalink structure is /blog/blog, with only the second /blog as editable. Meaning- this Page is no longer editing /blog as it used to, and as I need it.

Long story short: the blog isn’t working as it used to at /blog.
