help with adding a header

Hey guys. My site in progress is http://www.kjb-design.com. I need some help. There is a feature that you may see if you look at the source code that enables a header slider above the navigation bar (I have it disabled right now.) Can someone help me with a way to move this BELOW the navigation bar, or could someone help me with adding just a plain image header below the navigation?
