Help w/install of an autoresponder. Will give one away w/resell for help

Hi, I purchased an auto responder w/resell rights and would like to get some help in clarifying the instructions and help installing. I am going to market this but would like to know that it works first. It unlimited emails with name recognition, the works. I would also like to do this to update the instruction book so that anybody could do it. I’ll do that myself if I can get it working right.

Only respond if you really know what you are doing please. I don’t want to spend all day handing this out to get some help. I don’t have a download link for it right now but can have it up in a couple of min. if you respond.
