Newbie here having a break down moment! I tried to add a widget I believe called FontServ to my site to change the font in my header. I followed their instructions and now my site is being redirected to the FontServ site.

You can get this URL from your WordPress admin area if you unsure. Once you have logged in to your WordPress site, click on the Settings link in the Admin area and copy the value for the text box labelled “WordPress address (URL)” as shown in the image below:

I did what it said and as soon as I clicked on save, I have not been able to access my blog. I get a generic page now. I tried putting the information that was in there before, and it's not working. I'm clueless!

    Please help...

Ok, first of all I'd disable the plugin so you can view your site. If you can't login to the admin area, login to your hosting account via FTP and delete the plugin from /wp-content/plugins.

Next, I would go over the setup documentation again, just in case you missed something, or contact the developers for assistance :)

My website http://knoxvillehairandtanningsalon.com is being redirected to this site:
it will not occur everytime. Site being redirected too is

The last time this account told me she was directed to a account that said she should download antivirus software and it looked like it was from Microsoft. She immediately shut down computer.

My website is hosted by 1and1.com, I loaded site on with Filezilla
I have built several other sites and two others have told me of similiar issues.

I am not a tech guy and would appreciate any advice on how to stop spreading this to my other sites.

    Please Help!

If you're using FileZilla, have you checked you FTP/SFTP logs? Look to see if anyone but you is accessing your site via FTP/SFTP.

A client of mine was getting hacked because of FileZilla (their work computer was infected and the infection was able to access his FTP credentials from FileZilla). It may not be in your case, but if you continue to use FileZilla, you might want to consider putting it in Kiosk mode.

Again, this may not be the issue in your case, but the precautionary steps are worth taking.
