Locked out

We are in a difficult position, we outsourced our website to a third party, with whom we have parted ways and the passwords that they said would work – will not. We have sent several emails to wordpress but we still have not been able to reset the password. I am not even sure of what version we have. The website is http://www.leonsowensound.com and all of the methods that you have posted to fix this have not worked so far – Can you help? We are between a rock and a hard place.
