help w/ Gallery style download page *images REWARD

Hello Friends!

We are using WordPress on our site – we want to have a Download page.
made up of custom thumbnails that link to a post each belonging to a category.

1. the thumbnails must consist of
title, thumbnail, description, and preferably and download link.

2. they must propagate the page like this.
when any given Category is clicked… Like blue:
only the blue links should appear on screen.

Download page should allow of for previous and next page, because we’ll have hundreds of these, and adding new ones everyday.

3. clicking on one of these items ( such as a red one, )

will link to a page like this, with a more detailed description.

and that’s the essential Idea… we’re going to have hundreds of these post/pages linked to by the thumbnail graphic in section 1.

is this easy to do?
