Hi @isaumya, I did everything you said, but unfortunately it didn’t work. the object cache is definitely not used, because on the hosting I use, this service is for a fee and it is disabled for me.
Hi @isaumya, I disabled caching of static files in the hosting settings and reinstalled the plugin again, but it didn’t help, I also tried to authenticate through the Token API, it didn’t help either, what else can you advise?
Hi @sorax93, If the plugin settings are not getting updated in your hosting environment, you should contact your host asking them why the settings is not getting updated.
I recently got to an medical emergency where I had to to thorough some surgery again. So, currently I can’t check the response header of your website to see what’s going on. Once I’m back to work after some recovery I’ll message you and can check it then.
Hi @luuuuuly58, Really sorry for the delayed reply as I got back to work today after the surgery. Just checked your website and saw the following:
Your website is not using this plugin as I do not see the headers that are supposed to be added to the response header when this plugin is in use.
I still see that your website is using Litespeed cache. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/18gitLP.jpeg I think this is what causing the issue. Please try disabling Litespeed cache and intsall the plugin to see what’s happeing then.
