# Help Uploading Header Image

 * Hiya!
 * I’m having trouble uploading a header image to my Twenty Twelve theme. Hoping
   someone here has some insight.
 * Here’s what I’m doing:
    -Go to APPEARANCE, HEADER -Find SELECT IMAGE -Click CHOOSE
   FILE to get an image from my computer (image is 960×250) -Find the image, click
   UPLOAD -See the image, have two options: -CROP AND PUBLISH, or -SKIP CROPPING,
   PUBLISH IMAGE AS IS -Since my image is within the parameters, I do not need to
   crop. -I click SKIP CROPPING, PUBLISH IMAGE AS IS
 * This is where the screen goes completely white. Nothing else happens.
 * The image is not the header. I’ve tried refreshing, nothing happens.
 * I’ve also tried the CROP AND PUBLISH option, still nothing.
 * I can’t figure out what could possibly be going on!
 * Thanks for any help!

 * Do you have enough space in your web hosting acccount? What is the image file
   format? Are you able to upload images inside posts as usual?

 * Yes i have unlimited space with hostgator. also, i can upload images just fine
   in the background/within a post. it just doesnt seem to work on the header.
 * i was wondering if the twenty twelve theme isnt really built for a header?

 * Fixed! Apparently this was a problem with my [new] computer. Went back to my 
   old computer and loading a header worked with no problem.
 * Want to quickly say this is an AWESOME community and I really appreciate that
   any time I ask a question someone always has a quick answer. Thank you all so
   much!
