Help! Unknown WordPress File

    When I opened my cpanel root directory, I found this:
    delete.me.lGln5 thing. I clicked on it and found a file named: WordPress then clicked again I found another set of WordPress core files.

    I already have the core files visible in addition to the cgi bin below this unknown file..

    Is it okay to delete this?
