    Hi @p1s4,

Can you send me a link to your form? I haven’t seen this problem before and I’m not sure how it could arise.

    Thank you,
    Kevin.

    Hi Marco,

I see. Can you try switching your form to AJAX? You can do this from the submission settings.

I think that will fix this issue. (And if it does, we’ll update the add-on so it works without AJAX enabled).

    Thank you,
    Kevin.

Perfect, it works with ajax enabled!
    Thank you so much!!

Awesome. Yes, I see the issue in the code now with non-AJAX submissions. We’ll fix that. Are you okay with running your form via AJAX?

Yes no problem, Ajax it’s ok for me, i have to perform some test on iPad with Kiosk app, but i think it’s solved. Thank you so much!

    Marco.

The only problem I have with ajax is that after the registration the email field is cleaned up, but the ceckbox gdpr remains flagged and the country drop-down field remains set to the previously chosen option. I use this form on an iPAd (kiosk app) in a store, so after signing up I’d prefer to have clean fields, which happens without ajax. However, I set a page refresh every 5 minutes.

I wait for the fix update!
    Thank You,
    Marco.

    Hi Marco,

We have a fix to uncheck the GDPR checkbox after submission for AJAX; that’s a known issue. I wasn’t aware of the dropdown issue; I can also add something to clear out dropdowns too. Those two things, along with the fix for non-AJAX, should be released by the end of the week.

    All the best,
    Kevin.
