help to link different catogery as a tab

i need a help as i am new to wordpress. i am using wp pro qiz plugin for online tests on my website. i want to add an extra button which clear the answer which student have answered and different catogery of questions should be displayed in the tab form and on clicking the respective tab the questions of that catogery should be displayed . please help me . thanks in advance.
