    Hello wordpress

    I am currently having two problems with my theme (discover theme).
    The first one is that on the costum made front page (home page), I have my last posts shown, how do I remove them ?

    The next one: When i make a post I cant remove the text: Posted on XXXX XX, 2014 by XXX in Uncategorized | Comments Off, how do I do that ?

    My website is: Leaguetrainer.com

    Best regards
    Jacob

    to change the posts page go to Options > Reading
    Set home to static and select the page you want as your home, then set blog to whatever page you want the post to show on.
    You need to already have a page made that your posts can appear on.

    If your theme does not have an area to enter custom css then install a plugin that can do that.
    Then add the following code:

    .meta-data {
        display: none;
    }

    I'm trying to do something similar to leaguetrainer.

    My commercial theme 'forumengine' has a predefined homepage as 'threads index'; of which, displays all the recent posts in the forum.

    While that is fine, I want to add additional plugins to the home page (such as a image gallery) but for some reason any modifications to this 'threads index' page do not work. I can't insert text, any plugin, etc.

    So I figured I would just change the home page to a different page (because I am able to add plug ins on any other page that is not 'threads index.' To do so I went to options > reading > change front page to x. Whenever I try to change the front page away from 'threads index' it just automatically reverts back to 'threads index'. I can't seem to do anything about it.

    The theme creators won't help me but that I can do it myself. I just have no idea where to begin. Help!!

    They must have put something in the code that blocks the change. The only two options I see are continue to wait and see if they eventually help or change themes (and not another one from that company).
