Talent Agency site

I’m trying to set up a new website for an entertainment staffing agency where clients and talent can register and choose the correct category/class they need. Something that showcases the talent so clients can preview their work. I also need forms that can have the talent and clients interact with each other through the site. I’m trying to model it like gigsalad.com

I’ve been searching themes and plugins to make it work, but I’m about to pull my hair out.
