# Help!! Tablepress not open.

 * Hi,
    Good Morning , I am not able to open the Tablepress in my WordPress account,
   but other users can only happen to me is , the plugin is active , I have entered
   and left , I cleaned the cookies , still the same , do not understand where the
   error is .
 * Can you help me ? I really need !

 * thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
 * Most likely, the access capabilities were not added properly, so that we’ll have
   to restore them manually.
    For that, please surf to [http://example.com/wp-admin/options.php](http://example.com/wp-admin/options.php)(
   with your domain, of course), and scroll down to the “tablepress_options” option.
   In that textfield, you should see a number 24 as the “plugin_options_db_version”.
   Change that number to 0 (be very careful to not break the surrounding quotation
   marks etc.), and click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page. That should
   reset the capabilities, so that the admin menu entry should appear again.

 * it is expected that it returns to the same number, but if the admin menu entry
   still does not appear, this could also have other reasons.
    If possible, I’d 
   like to take a direct look at this on your site. Could you therefore please create
   a temporary admin account for me and send me the details via email (the address
   is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way, I can investigate this
   directly. Thanks!
