• I know Comicpress has a support forum, but I want to get more input in case it takes a while for them to answer.

For those familiar with the theme, I’m using 3vc. I’m very new to wordpress and I just started, my knowledge of html/css is also quite limited 🙁 (The first question I hope can be answered without any comicpress knowledge).

    1. How do I go about making the settings for the right/left side so that a one-sided border is created. For example, the right column, can I create a border that only appears on the left side (and not top/bottom/right) so that it separates the column from the center of the page (and vice versa with the left column).

    2. I did not mess with the side-right bar in the css (I don’t believe), but when you go to the comic viewing by (first/prev/next) the right column goes outside the page and to the bottom left, is there a way to fix this?

    3. Lastly, is there a way I can move the First/Prev to the top of the comic along with the date? I managed to move the date to the top but cut/pasting the date code to near the top of the main index.php, but when I tried the first/prev, only the “first” appeared (and this completely failed when I tried editing the single.php).

The sidebar becoming displaced to the bottom of the page is usually caused by one of two things:

    1. Oversized content (a too large image, etc.) messing up page alignment.
    2. An unclosed div tag, check the affected page with the W3C Markup Validator.

Thanks, that problem is now solved. Still need help with the other 2 if possible, especially with creation of one sided borders for the columns.
