    I upgraded our version of WordPress from 2.1.2 to 2.3.3, following WordPress upgrade instructions.

    Now, however, SQL code appears at the top of the blog. Additionally, it appears our blog is having issue processing characters.

    Have you tried updating all your plugins, also try updating your default theme to the one that came with the 2.3.3 installation files.

    That ain’t SQL. That’s PHP. Looks like the contents of the query.php file to me.

    Re-upload all the files in the wp-includes folder. Make sure you got them all and that they are all correct.

    Woo. Re-uploading the files worked and I was able to solve the character problem myself. Thanks!
