Upon checking the URL, it seems like you are on the Blogger platform, is that correct? If so, please check if you can change it on that platform, I’m not familiar with it.
The SEO title of the pages are including your domain name, example of your homepage:

If you are on WordPress and use Yoast SEO, you can set a meta title for any post or page on your site, but even with setting one it is not a guarantee that for every search term, user location or other factors it will be shown, as Google like to rewrite titles and meta description if they see fit.
