# Help please with Stylesheet issue

 * Hi all – I have 2 broken websites ([http://photographynorthwest.com](http://photographynorthwest.com)
   and [http://weddingphotographycumbria.com](http://weddingphotographycumbria.com))
   which aren’t displaying the picture slideshow on the front.
    I have been advised“
   _The style sheet is missing. Just re-upload it from the theme_“. However, I don’t
   know how to do that so I am asking if anyone can give me step-by-step instructions
   please?

 * I’m not seeing a missing stylesheet. What is see is that your slideshow uses 
   Flash — not a good idea these days as (1) it won’t work on any iOS device and(
   2) support for Flash is being phased out across the board. You’d do a lot better
   with a jQuery based slider.
 * You do have one file not loading:
    `http://www.photographynorthwest.com/wp-content/
   themes/highlight/css/cssLoader.php Failed to load resource: the server responded
   with a status of 404 (Not Found)`
 * As you use a commercial theme/plugin and need support, please use their official
   support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

 * Thanks for your reply.
 * Part of the issue is that the sites were set up a few years ago by another person
   who has since moved to the US and is not available. This means that I don’t have
   information such as order numbers (or whatever) for the themes which is needed
   to register for support.

 * Thanks for your reply. However I don’t understand … how can I try those websites
   you mention but at the same time not accept hire offers? Isn’t that like saying
   ask for help but then don’t accept it?
