    Hello, thanks for this great plugin i really love it, but i have problem when i add review with pictures its move me to page (example.com/wp-comments-post.php) and its give me (Oops! That page can’t be found.) i have last Woocommerce and WordPress versions my site is new and i only active this option in the plugin ( Enable attachment of images to reviews. ) can you help me with that please and tell me what is the problem ? whiting for reply.

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    Can you please try to upload a really small picture with a review (smaller than 50 KB)? And let me know what will happen please.

    hello , thank you very much for reply and help, i tested again with picture 24 KB and its uploaded successfully so now where is the problem and how i can increased the size of images ? thanks

    I don’t know, it depends on your web server. There are many different settings that can limit upload size. Can you please copy and send a report from WooCommerce->Status page to support@cusrev.com?

    Thanks for sending the report. Unfortunately, we couldn’t identify the problem based on the report. I think you will need get in touch with your hosting support one more time and explain them this problem. Upload of pictures definitely works for other people who use our plugin.

    Meanwhile, as a workaround, we added a new feature that enables customers to upload photos and videos from aggregated review forms. These forms are hosted on Amazon servers and don’t have any issues with upload of files. Uploaded files are then displayed on corresponding WooCommerce product pages. Please install version 3.27.1 of the plugin and let me know in case of any issues.

    i talked with hosting support team again and honestly he test every thing and all limit are very good and maximum size reach to 4000MB I’m sure now the problem is from the plugin i try to disable image compressing plugin in WP and still same problem and i dont need the other option ( upload photos and videos from aggregated review forms ) because its different thing I’m tired to know where exactly the problem is i sent new message to you check it please and thanks for keep supporting me

    I had the same issue with you.

    Try to add this code to file .htaccess:

    <Files *.php>
    SetInputFilter PHP
    LimitRequestBody 5242880
    </Files>

    It tells Apache to allow up to 5MB to be uploaded to the server.
