    I want to ask again about the **problem of TrackBack on my blog**.
 * The problem is **I cannot send a TrackBack to another blog** as a resource reference
   my article. And I’ve entered the correctly address of trackback.
 * However, _**I can accept Trackback from another blog/web**_.
 * What should I do to get my blog to send TrackBack?
