Help Please – After updating today

After updating today, My admin screen went blank and keep on getting a 500 error for admin.

The 3 plug-ins updated today were:

Amen
Extensible HTML Editor Buttons
Cross-Promotion Content Recommendations by Engageya (this is inactive)
