Help Please!!!

Man, someone please help.
I had my website up and running and then I changed a small setting in the admin and now the site is gone and when i go to /sitename/wp/wp-admin this is in its place:

Not Found
The requested URL /wp-login.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

All I did in the admin was change: http://drbrunobodywork.com/wp
to http://drbrunobodywork.com

If I go to http://drbrunobodywork/wp I get this error:
